Overview
Ensure effective administrative support including Room bookings and venue management; Travel Arrangements both overseas and UK; Expense management and control of the corporate purchasing card (as apt); Co-ordinate office and desk moves including co-ordination with Facilities; IT equipment and on-boarding for Executive team Manage stationary orders to meet requirements liaising with procurement to ensure best supplier agreement and costs. Organise filing of executive documents, reports, meeting agendas and minutes in an orderly manner that facilitates timely retrieval and follow up of actions. LI-SH1 Excellent written and verbal communication skills Previous experience of working and building credibility with Executive level client groups Self-motivated and keen to provide high quality Ability to deal with confidential and sensitive information Excellent Microsoft skills (incl Excel and PP) Strong time management skills and ability to prioritise under pressure - must be able to multi-task efficiently High standard of accuracy, quality and attention to detail A flexible, pro-active and professional approach to the role Uses initiative and and work without supervision LI-SH1
