Overview
A leading international law firm based in the city is looking to recruit a Senior CR & Diversity Advisor on a fixed term contract of 12 months to join their HR department. The Senior CR & Diversity Advisor will work within the Responsible Business team, the Advisor will support the delivery of the firms international Diversity & Inclusion strategy. The key duties will include: Lead Responsible Business Supplier engagement and patterning initiatives including annual supplier audit and supplier roundtable event Manage the Charitable Foundation application process and liaise with internal and external stakeholders Produce D&I award submissions, external benchmarking and reporting Produce Responsible Business and D&I responses for pitches, including statistical data Builds and maintains relationships with key D&I contacts, community partners, external organisations and formal bodies to understand emerging D&I issues Use this information to advise on changes to the firms international D&I strategy Support the delivery of the firms core social inclusion programme Supervision of CR Assistant Writing and drafting for awards Client engagement - sending responses, looking through evidence and previous files Planning and delivering at events, coordinate events and pitching ideas Managing diversity monitoring process The role involves a lot of strategy so experience in this area is essential, you will have strong experience at a supervisory level, working with senior partners, leading and implementing key programmes. This role will be well suited to someone who enjoys a lot of variety. The CR & Diversity Advisor will ideally have at least three years relevant D&I experience, preferably in a professional services or corporate environment. A Graduate with at least a 2:1 degree or equivalent is preferable. You will show good knowledge and awareness of best practice relating to D&I and social inclusion, you will have a understanding of employment law a policies with excellent communication skills and confident using IT software such as Outlook, Excel and powerpoint.
