Overview

Due to business levels my client, a well-established company based in the centre of Preston, is looking to recruit a number of diligent and self-starting advisors to assist their busy team. This is a contract role which is expected to continue for at least 3 months. Commitment to the entire contract is required. The client will also be processing a DBS for each contract worker. Working within a high call volume contact centre, the role will include but not be limited to; Handle high volume calls from customers, third parties and colleagues in line with SLA. As first point of contact, you will be required to answer calls in an efficient and courteous manner using organisational standards and protocols Accurately record, check and/or amend details on the call logging system Understanding the callers situation, actively guide on next steps in line with protocol and company standard Skills & Experience: Contact Centre experience essential Excellent attention to detail Strong professional telephone manner Excellent communication skills In return, my client offers a modern, friendly atmosphere with good public transport routes and on site canteen.
