About The Role An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Quality and Compliance Inspector - Nurse Qualified to join the Group. Quality and Compliance Inspector - Nurse Qualified to cover multiple locations across the M4 corridor including areas like Oxfordshire, Berkshire, Wiltshire and Devon. Competitive Salary Company Car/Car Allowance A vacancy has arisen for a dynamic Quality and Compliance Inspector to support our Care Homes in the group. Reporting to the Regional Head of Quality and Compliance, the Quality and Compliance Inspector is responsible for promoting the continuous improvement of quality and service delivery to meet and exceed outcomes for individual care users. The successful candidate will provide expert advice and support; identify any potential quality-related risks and advise on appropriate actions, and will monitor compliance in all homes in the area at least once a month. About You Our ideal Quality and Compliance Inspector will have the following skills and values: A nursing qualification and ideally an NVQ5 in Leadership and Management for care related services, in addition to a commitment to on-going development A proven track record of managing in a clinical or healthcare setting within the last 3 years A full, valid driving licence Effective leadership and interpersonal skills.
