Overview
Our Client is a Fab Creative Agency who now need assistance on a 12 month contract basis working alongside the FD to develop the finance and reporting procedures Salary c£37-£40K Plus excellent Benefits It is essential that you have previous Creative Agency experience and strong paprika knowledge and able to manage finances up to TB. Key responsibilities will include :Accounts receivable/credit control, accounts payable, client billing and budgeting, cashflow, bank recs, payroll, staff expenses, job maintenance, time sheets, ad hoc billing, key reporting, project accounting experience, liaising with external accountants Paprika responsibilities will include: dealing with queries, ability to set-up and change reporting as required, day to day housekeeping, main contact for upgrades, training, implementation etc. Key attributes required : previous experience within a creative agency, Paprika skills, strong communication skills, confident, work well under pressure and have excellent attention to detail.
