Senior Software Engineer - PHP - London Our client are a London based techstartup founded by a team of entrepreneurs with a proven track record. They are disrupting the manufacturing industry by building an intelligent platform that enables product designers and engineers to receive instant quotes and instantly order bespoke and custom parts. In essence, they are doing everything possible to make custom manufacturing easy and accessible to consumers and businesses. They are seeking a talented and highly-motivated senior developer. You will be responsible for evolving and scaling their platform and, as a result, you should be comfortable with taking ownership of, and managing, all aspects of the stack. The work will involve a variety of greenfield projects, and also enhancements to the current platform. The role would strongly suit a developer who is looking to take the next step up in their career and ownership of a major project. Key Responsibilities Drive and develop the technical architecture Build and own technical direction of the platform Passionate and curious for development Somebody who loves to take an idea from concept to production Shipping high quality products at scale The preferred candidate will have strong knowledge of, or experience in: Laravel GCP or AWS Microservices Architecture TDD and/or DDD In addition, the ideal candidate will have experience in: Python JavaScript (Vue) WebGL/Three.JS Docker NGINX Benefits An extra day off for your birthday Generous Holiday A sociable team with weekly office events and lunches Free in-office 3D printing Weekly snacks & treats
