Overview
Temp-to-Perm Finance Manager vacancy Venn Group are currently seeking a Finance Manager on a temporary-to-permanent basis on behalf of a reputable, medium-sized organisation in Hemel Hempstead. You will be responsible for: Completing monthly reporting including management accounts, actuals vs. forecasts and variance analysis including commentary Developing and monitoring annual budgets for the agreed areas of responsibility Acting as a business partner to operational budget holders, reporting and advising on all material variances Ensuring accounting transactions are accurately recorded to support the financial reporting requirements of the business Contributing to costing exercises on an ad-hoc basis Managing two transactional staff including training and development In order to be considered for this opportunity you must have demonstrable experience as a Finance Manager or similar in a medium or large business. Leading on monthly accounts production is critical, previous experience of management would be advantageous.
