As our organisation continues to grow, it’s critical that we find new ways to create value for our customers We have an exciting opportunity for a Finance Business Partner to join our Supply Chain Finance team. The Finance Business Partner will work with the Senior Finance Manager, for Ireland and Great Britain logistics teams to ensure plans are in place to deliver in-year performance, while supporting strategy and identification of areas of opportunity. We are looking for candidates who have a strong accounting and financial management background who can demonstrate strong relationship building skills and able to influence key stakeholders through partnering with all relevant areas of the organisation including finance, supply chain, category. Key Responsibilties: Provide actionable insights to on the drivers of total logistics cost, with focus on volume, mix and planning considerations, including analysis against budget, forecast and prior year Financial analysis of costs provided to Commercial Finance for business cases (e.g. NPD, Promos etc), ensuring they are robustly modelled, challenged to ensure delivery of value ambition, financially appraised in line with specifications provided, and assumptions taken are clearly stated and understood by stakeholders Play a hands-on role on supporting Logistics to develop strategies to improve service, quality, health and safety, compliance, efficiency, cost and cash Make sure financial controls and related KPIs are maintained and tracked on timely, accurate and uniform basis across all Britvic distribution centres and drive sites, and reconcile to the P&L and the MIP Key Skills and Experiences: Qualified Accountant - ACA, ACCA, CIMA Strong relationship builder and demonstrable ability to influence Able to compile financial data in a simple manner
