US Partnership Tax Assistant Manager (Investment Funds), Top 10 Accountancy firm, London, up to £57,000 Your new company This US Private Wealth Tax team, based in London, is strategically placed to advise clients with US connections based in the UK, Europe and the Middle East: US citizens living abroad, foreign nationals moving to the US or with investments in the US and businesses looking to expand into or out of the US. You will be joining a team of dual-qualified US and UK tax professionals help clients navigate the often complex interactions between the US and overseas tax systems. Your new role You will be responsible for the following: Reviewing and preparing partnerships Schedule K-1 and supplementary footnote disclosures, including liaising with Senior Members of our UK and US teams Reviewing and preparing US tax forms and calculations, including: Form 5471, Form 8865, Form 8858, PFIC calculations and Form 8621 Reviewing, preparing and assist with the filing of Entity Classification Elections, Form 8832, and Applications for Employer Identification Numbers, Form SS-4. Running a client base -including developing contact relationship with the clients and their intermediary third party advisors, being responsible for preparing and issuing of invoices. What you'll need to succeed You must be a qualified Enrolled Agent or CPA. You must have US Tax experience. What you'll get in return Flexible working options available.
