Overview

The Bartlett School of Construction and Project Management London School Administrator Full Time The appointment will be on UCL Grade 6. The salary range will be £29,089 - £34,090 per annum, inclusive of London Allowance. The Bartlett School of Construction & Project Management is one of the world’s leading academic centres of excellence in the management of projects and construction economics. It has around 500 students, and more than 50 members of staff from a broad base of built environment, management, and engineering disciplines. In REF 2014, staff had more world-leading or internationally excellent outputs than any other institution in its field. The School Administrator will be part of an administrative team, reporting directly to the Senior School Administrator, to provide a comprehensive and effective service to all staff and students within the School. The position plays a vital role in providing finance, facilities and HR administrative support across the School. The post holder will support the School Manager with the effective administration of HR and facilities and advise staff and students on policy and process as it relates to finance and HR. This will be a busy role, in a fast-paced environment, and the post holder will be expected to be adaptable, quickly assimilate information, and to establish their own support networks across UCL. The post-holder will have demonstrable financial and HR experience, good interpersonal skills and a commitment to high quality service provision; a positive and enthusiastic attitude, with a flexible approach is essential.
