Business Analyst - IT - Chorley - Salary up to £35 with benefits including 25 day holiday plus bank holidays, work laptop provided, flexible working hours, budget for YOUR training and development Are you a Business Analyst with the ability to aid the delivery of multiple transformation projects? As the Business Analyst you will have the ability to define, test and optimise the user journey to ensure the delivery of several exciting transformation projects. You will be working alongside multiple departments within the business such as Developers, Stakeholders and Testers therefore the ability to communicated and translate needs across departments will be pivotal. Responsibilities: Delivering workshops and conducting interviews to gather information on modifications, improvements and business development projects. Representing the business by taking responsibility for the content of use cases throughout the full project lifecycle. Building and maintaining effective relationships with staff and facilitating forums with user communities to ensure solution architectures and roadmaps evolve to meet the changing needs of the business. Ensuring documentation aligns with existing solution architecture. Encouraging staff to define their needs and adopt best practices. Negotiating project scopes, objectives and constraints with project stakeholders Helping to co-ordinate activities, establish dependencies, allocate work and produce detailed functional specifications. Assisting with testing. Providing input into the design of test strategies and scenarios as documented by the project team. Supporting project management in tracking project progress, managing issues and re-planning based on approved change requests. Essential Skills: An excellent understanding of Agile Principles Ability to work to tight deadlines within a fast-paced IT environment Excellent communication Transformation Projects Excellent understanding of software development Where will you be working?
