Overview
Meraki Talent is currently recruiting for Administrators to join a highly reputable global financial services company with offices in central Bournemouth. My client is looking for candidates who enjoy working in a administration focused role and are looking to forge a career within the financial services sector. This will be a rolling temporary contract for a maximum period of 6 months although does offer the strong potential of a permanent contract This is a full-time role working Monday to Friday 9-5, full on the job training will be provided. As this is an urgent role, my client is looking to review applications ASAP. Please note only candidates who are available immediately and have proven administration/CRM experience will be considered. Please note, this offer is subject to a satisfactory credit and criminal (DBS) check. Responsibilities of the Administrator Collating required documentation and materials Supporting Financial planners Processing customer data onto the CRM ensuring a high level of accuracy Providing full support with customers’ accounts and ensuring all administration tasks are completed Background of the Administrator MS Word, Excel experience Previous experience using a CRM system is desired Accustomed to working within a fast-paced organisation and the ability to remain calm under pressure Highly organised and skilled in problem-solving Team Player Excellent communication skills both written and verbal To be considered for this vacancy you must meet the full criteria above.
