Overview
Experience with payroll outsource providers Managing 21 payrolls in 17 countries Advanced Excel and payroll software Global Payroll Manager - Fixed term contract 12 months - outskirts of Newbury so need own car for beautiful rural location. £40-50,000 Purpose of the Role Managing 21 payrolls in 17 countries. To process all documentation and input all data into the nominated outsourced payroll providers (Celergo) system to enable them to meet the payroll calendar. To oversee multiple international payrolls, including interview staff, semi- monthly, 12, 13 and 14 month instalments. Ensure compliance with applicable laws and payroll tax obligations. Pays employees and compiles payroll information by managing payroll preparation; completing reports; auditing reports and maintaining records. Balances the payroll accounts by resolving payroll discrepancies. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies. Maintains employee confidence and protects payroll operations by keeping information confidential. Typical Education and Work Experience required A proven track record of working with international payrolls via an outsourced provider. Experience of working with a broad range of contractual arrangements and benefit plans. Experience of working with benefits that have deductions that must be reported on a monthly basis to the provider. Ability to work individually in a standalone capacity with little supervision but flag up issues promptly. Excellent planning and organization skills. A team player that is service orientated towards providing an excellent service and helps to resolve pay issues promptly.
