Overview
Global Payroll Manager Your new company Your new company is a leading research organisation on the outskirts of Newbury. Your new role Your new position has the primary purpose of managing 21 payrolls in 17 countries. You will oversee one member of staff and work alongside a remote global team in a friendly, collaborative environment. Key duties include but are not limited to: To process all documentation and input all data into the nominated outsourced payroll providers system to enable them to meet the payroll calendar. To oversee multiple international payrolls, including interview staff, semi- monthly, 12, 13 and 14 month instalments. Ensure compliance with applicable laws and payroll tax obligations. Pays employees and compiles payroll information by managing payroll preparation; completing reports; auditing reports and maintaining records. Balances the payroll accounts by resolving payroll discrepancies. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies. Maintains employee confidence and protects payroll operations by keeping information confidential. What you'll need to succeed In order to succeed, you need to have a proven track record of working with international payrolls via an outsourced provider, have managed a payroll systems implementation process and be able to work as part of a busy team.
