PA / Office Manager £30-35k Salary Based - Acton, West London W3 Mon - Fri 8am - 5pm April start Previous experience in a similar role essential Advanced IT skills including Word, Excel & Powerpoint Role: To provide 1st class Office Management & Admin support to the CEO & Co Directors. Duties: Providing administrative assistance & support to the CEO and Company Directors Take overall accountability for office management. Responsibility for leading all Facilities Management including reviews of contracts and costs Manage reception area and be first point of contact for all visitors Extensive diary management for CEO/Directors Planning and arranging internal and external meetings, video conferences and calls Handling highly confidential and sensitive information Dealing with expense claims Organise travel, overnight stays and hotel accommodation Preparation and distribution of monthly board packs in a timely manner Completion of Vendor questionnaires Organisation of office social event and supporting national conference Daily and weekly internal and external communication to customers and stakeholders H&S / Ensure safety is paramount. Administrative duty of Company website and intranet Skills / experience Previous exposure as an Office Manager/PA role Extensive diary management Ability to stay calm under pressure as workload often requires multi-tasking Be articulate and well spoken with excellent grasp both written and spoken English Display professionalism, confidence and assertiveness Articulate, well spoken with excellent communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels Work with Sales and Customer data using company specific systems. General office management knowledge and experience including facilities, scheduling and organising meetings and coordinating office hospitality Advanced IT skills including Word, Excel & PowerPoint flexibility and adaptability to changing workloads a problem-solving approach to work Excellent telephone manner as you will be dealing with senior stakeholder, vendors and internal clients Languages Essential: English -written and spoken Desirable: French -written and spokeno Adecco acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
