Junior IT Recruitment Consultant

Required: A driven and determined junior recruiter or resourcer with a desire to break into the lucrative IT sector to work for my client as their new IT Recruitment Consultant on a nice warm desk. Interested? Then read on Tell me more about the role In the role you will be tasked with recruiting for a range of companies across the UK. Based in the company's Sutton Coldfield office, you'll report to the Director and will be responsible for winning and delivering a range of projects from junior to senior and advertising, sourcing and interviewing candidates and all that entails. What experience do I need? My client is looking for someone who's got experience of recruitment in some form - ideally having done a '360' role or a resourcer who wants that next step up. You'll also need specific experience of: - Delivery against target - we don't need you to hit KPIs, just bill - Knowing what to do to make your desk work - we will provide you with all the support you need to achieve this If you've got all of that and you can demonstrate that you can win and transact on regular basis across a range of business types, then you could be perfect for this IT Recruitment Consultant role and we'd love to see your CV. What can I earn? This IT Recruitment Consultant position offers an attractive basic salary of up to £26,000 per annum On top of this, you can expect to earn commission of up to £15,000 if you hit your personal targets, alongside other additional benefits which include the following: Pension, healthcare scheme, free parking and birthday off.
