Junior Business Development Executive

We are recruiting for a Junior Business Development Executive for our Client on the Sutton Coldfield border on a permanent full time basis Monday to Friday. This is a great opportunity for someone who would like to pursue a career within sales and likes a really down to earth working environment. They are a loyal and close-knit team who have lots of fun and look after hard working staff Junior Business Development Executive Duties: Answering a busy phone line, dealing with all incoming calls in a professional and friendly manner, helping to deal with sales queries and direct any calls accordingly Book appointments for the sales team Identify new sales leads by researching companies and individuals online and attending industry events Talk to new and existing customers about the company products and services, upselling and cross-selling Build and maintain rapport with all customers via telephone, email and face to face visits Junior Business Development Executive skills required: Previous sales experience is desirable, but candidates without sales will be considered too Tenacious and persistent with a "can-do" attitude Able to work in a small and friendly open plan office Excellent telephone and email communication skills, able to build rapport Ability to prioritise your workload Own transport required due to location of company and occasional travel required Please note due to responses we can only respond to successful candidates which will be within 48 hours of your application.
