A renowned, long-standing practice based in the heart of Liverpool's legal district now has an exciting opportunity for a senior RTA portal paralegal to join its technical personal injury unit. The team is recognized across the North West for its high-quality work and has a strong reputation in the legal market for its high level of service to clients. The firm deals with an array of personal injury claims including RTA, credit hire, clinical negligence and professional negligence matters etc. The RTA department deals with an array of claims both pre-litigated and litigated matters at all levels. You will be joining a busy and fast-paced department where you'll be given full responsibility for a caseload of technical and complex RTA Portal claims. You will be confident dealing with each case from instruction through to completion. You will have managed a full caseload previously and be able to deal with cases of a more complex nature. While the team deals with credit hire matters in tandem with its RTA files, you are not expected to possess prior credit hire experience. You will be joining a supportive and rewarding team and will be fully encouraged to reach your full potential. On hand are very senior and experienced fee earners, both qualified and non-qualified to provide ongoing support and assistance where necessary. You will be rewarded with a market-leading salary, in line with your previous experience (guideline up until £30,000), as well as a lucrative bonus scheme and benefits package.
