Overview
Our expanding client who is a leading International payments provider is looking for an ambitious Technical Support/1st Line advisor to be the first port of call to merchants, partners and consumers who are having technical issues with payments. The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, have previous customer service experience, be happy to take and make calls, deal with incoming emails, and escalate issues where necessary. You will be working in a fast paced environment, you will be able to multi-task and provide and efficient and accurate service.
