Overview
I am looking for someone with a passion for delivering excellent Customer Service to join a global business based in Coventry as a Sales Coordinator. Offering a salary of £22,000 working full time Monday to Thursday 8:30-17:00 and Friday 8:30-16:00. Working in a team of 5 you will need to be a team player, display outstanding communications skills, be adaptable, have a strong work ethic, be highly organised and be able to meet tight deadlines. There is a technical aspect to this role so ideally you will have similar experience or be someone who is able to adapt and pick up on technical information. Job overview Receive and process customer orders, including order vetting, printing of paperwork and query resolution. Liaise with customers and factories to ensure delivery dates can be achieved in line with production capacity and logistics. Complete the checking of all orders to ensure they are correct and are within test. Liaise with the customers, transport companies and factories to arrange delivery of the orders. Estimating and quote chasing using the CRM system. Credit Control, debt chasing. Address and resolve customer queries including delivery dates and technical information. Enter supplier invoices into the SAP system. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Carry out general admin duties.
