Overview
My client is a leading global search firm with an established interim management practice. They have real strength in both the Financial Services space and also the Technology function. They are seeking to add to the practice an individual to cover the Technology function covering areas such as AI,Machine Learning, Big Data, Data Engineers, Business Intelligence and Change into Financial Services. Typically roles will sit in the £600-£800pd range. You will need some experience recruiting into some of these areas on an interim or contract basis. Whilst my client is an interim management practice looking to deliver statement of work type solutions, your background maybe in a more contingent led environment, this would represent a step up in the value chain. This role would suit an individual looking to build or further grow their presence at the more senior end of the market, currently working in either a boutique or a larger corporate. Salary on offer is likely to be in the range of £60-100k base plus a leading commission structure, but there is flexibility for the right candidate especially if coming with more experience in the Interim management space. A great opportunity to move into a grown up search/interim environment with a great brand and connections.
