Corporate Commercial Senior Associate job in Cardiff - Top tier firm Your new firm This leading, highly respected international law firm are looking for a Senior/Managing Associate with solid Corporate and/or Commercial experience to join their busy Corporate/Commercial team in Cardiff. This is an excellent opportunity to progress your career with a growing and ambitious firm; this position has come about due to increased instructions. Your new role As would be expected from an international law firm, the Corporate/Commercial team deal with a variety of quality instructions. The work is wide ranging which sometimes requires collaborative working, both in the UK and internationally. You will enjoy an impressive range of both Corporate and Commercial work including, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, company buy-outs and buy-ins, company formations, shareholder agreements, share capital, joint ventures and share rights as well as drafting general commercial documents. What you will need to succeed You will be an ambitious Corporate and/or Commercial Solicitor with a high level of expertise in Corporate and/or Commercial Law. You will be used to working in a fast-paced team environment and will be happy to run matters autonomously or as part of a wider team. It is anticipated that you will be 3PQE, however candidates with less PQE are also welcome to apply. There is no upper limit regarding the amount of PQE.
