Overview
Production Shift Manager Malton 35,000 Per annum I am looking to recruit a Shift Production Manager for a growing established food manufacture. The Production Manager will manage a team of 20 people. Shifts are afternoons. The Role: Safe operation of the production facilities based on SQPDC that meets the Demand forecast for the business Product quality is delivered in line with Brand standards and within specification Effective cost control to ensure we produce right quality at the right price Leadership of the team driving business values and staff engagement To ensure that quality standards within the factory are maintained. Minimise material waste through accurate set-up and minimized re-work. Deliver hygiene and GMP standards within the factory and machinery are maintained.
