Keywords: Solicitor, Property Litigation, Private Practice Job Title: Property Litigation Locum Job reference: KPM/249600 Job description: A North West law firm is seeking a Property Litigation Locum to join their team in Manchester. The role will be full-time for 3 months with the possibility of extension. The successful candidate will be dealing with: A caseload of contentious property litigation files predominantly commercial Handling property dilapidation recovery cases, as well as a full range of real estate, land-lord and tenant, and new builds/development litigation Supporting junior members of the team It is essential that candidates applying for this role have a minimum of 5years PQE with in contentious property litigation. Candidates with supervisory experience are desired however this in not essential.
