Overview
Do you have experience in business operations? Are you looking for an opportunity to work with a unique and passionate business? Our client is a rapidly growing and highly successful company that distributes a unique range of baby and young child formula milks to UK retailers. As the Operations Executive, you will join at this exciting time in our client's development to undertake day-to-day administrative tasks related to the order processing and inventory management functions. You will join a small and dynamic team and the role will inevitably include involvement in other areas of the business too, leading to a rounded appreciation of the business as a whole. The company's management style is very inclusive and contributions are encouraged from all team members via regular team meetings and progress updates. Duties include: Liaising with external logistics partners Processing of customer orders Managing all queries relating stock and sales transactions Raising customer sales invoices and credit Stock control and petty cash management It is an exciting time to join this growing business, you would be joining a friendly and supportive team, helping to create an enjoyable, loyal and committed culture.
