Overview
Overview This role requires a talented individual who can immerse themselves into an account to drive business and leverage relationships to find new business within the account. Our client have won multiple managed services within this account and require an individual to continue to drive adoption within the client. The individual will need to liaise and work with HQ to understand their timelines and business strategy. In turn, line up services ready for consumption. The role will require making new relationships with different regions and help make the transitions as easy as possible. A key part of growth within this account will be to build new relationships across the regions and become the 'go to' supplier for software and hardware purchases on top of the managed service elements. Key Duties Conduct regular Service Reviews Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews Grow 'as a Service' platforms Perform all Hardware and Service/Licence Renewals Develop a clear Growth plan Requirements Have worked in a managed services / Systems Integrator organisation previously, minimum 5 years in the tech space Must be driven, tenacious and be able to think outside the box Preferred understanding of Cisco, NetApp, VMware and Enterprise licensing agreements but not all essential. Full driving licence Must be able to be onsite 2 days a week minimum or as required by the client up to 5 days per week.
