Interim HRBP Your new company An exciting contract opportunity has arisen on a 6 month project basis with an organisation based in Lancashire who are seeking a skilled HR professional to support with a people project across the business. A UK wide utilities organisation are currently undergoing significant change and development and need a strong HR/OD professional to support through a developing business period. Your new role This role will involve support a 300-headcount division across the UK (bases include Preston, Warrington and Liverpool), with responsibilities of managing a project around employee engagement, up-skilling of management capabilities and managing of the employee engagement project across the service. This role requires an individual who is skilled in supporting a wider people agenda from a strategic perspective as well as providing operational HR support. This role will require occasion travel in-particular to a site based in East Anglia due to increase headcount and site development. What you'll need to succeed This role requires a skills HRBP level individual with strong influencing and development skills around performance management.
