Senior Digital Business Analyst - Real Estate Investment London, Paris or Munich Are you a Senior Digital Business Analyst with experience or background within Real Estate? Do you have extensive knowledge in leading business transformation activities, requirements elicitation, documentation and traceability to translate them into stories and features within an agile environment? Are you looking to take a lead role in helping re-design business process, data ownership rules, and governance? If so, then this role is for you. My client is looking for a Senior Digital Business Analyst to join their offices in London, Paris or Munich working extremely closely with Business and Technology leaders across Europe and Digital Delivery Centre in India. Imagine using digital technologies to disrupt the real estate investment industry. The job in the Digital Transformation Team is to be brave and accelerate the impact of digital transformation by partnering closely with their business units. By prototyping ideas and testing them in real business scenarios, they can quickly develop and adapt the solutions needed for the business. Currently they are using agile methodologies to build a Digital Experience Platform connected to Core Digital Application and Unified Data & Content Platform. Key duties and responsibilities Good knowledge of Agile principles and an understanding of what makes good user stories, how to create and maintain a good product backlog and managing scope changes Experience in writing and backlog management of Epics, User Stories and Acceptance Criteria for functional and non-functional requirements Able to communicate complex technical issues in a non-technical manner to business users A proven ability to multi-task and a 'client-service’ mentality with good problem-solving skills and the ability to influence. Excellent project management skills disciplined and an ability to prioritise, Strong organizational skills, commercial. Desirable skills: Experience in Real Estate Investment Management domain is mandatory Functional understanding of real estate specific applications like Yardi, Argus, Horizon, Voyanta and technology including Talend, Looker and Snowflake will be useful. Familiarity with Project Management tools & software. Applications WITHOUT relative Real Estate experience won't be considered at this stage. They are looking to move forward quickly with this position and would be looking to interview w/c16th March 2020.
