Overview
I am currently recruiting for a West Midlands based training provider, for a new Head of Quality Role: Head of Quality Location: National - field/office/home based Salary: £45,000 Start Date: asap Job Purpose: - To assist the CQO and SMT to achieve the company’s mission and strategic objectives within a framework of sound portfolio development planning and a learner focused curriculum offer which makes best use of the available funding. - To lead, motivate and develop all staff within the Quality and Curriculum Team to deliver outstanding support for individuals, employers and other stakeholders served by the company. - To assist in leading a robust quality improvement process across the company to raise learner outcomes year on year and to ultimately achieve a Good or better Ofsted inspection judgement across all aspects of the inspection framework. - To lead in implementing greater use of ILT and blended learning. Responsibilities will include (amongst others) finance, operational management, business management, relationship with stakeholders, reporting and communication.
