The role will be based in Year 3; leading Year 3 groups and in Year 2, supporting lower ability children. The Role - Behaviour Mentor - As a Mentor in Primary, the role is split up into 2 parts: the first part is to be in a year 3 classroom providing 1:1 support with a child who has an EHCP, occasionally leading groups and after lunch, you will be in a year 2 classroom as a general TA .
