Overview
SUPPORT WORKERS REQUIRED - IMMEDIATE START Remote registrations, refer a friend scheme. Do you enjoy supporting people and want to make a positive difference to their lives then this is could be perfect for you We have ongoing roles in a learning disability setting in the Norwich We have fantastic cllient that provide a range of services for adults from ages 18 and above with learning disabilities, autism, challenging behaviour, mental health conditions and complex health needs. This role entails supporting with daily living skills, social interaction and enabling clients to have a proactive and positive lifestyle. If you have at least 6 months experience and have a person centred, caring and compassionate manner we would love to hear from you. Candidates will need: In date mandatory training A current enhanced DBS A minimum of 6 months experience working within the care industry An understanding of the needs of patients/service users Good verbal and written communication skills. An empathetic and caring nature Ability to liaise with outside agencies and other professionals. Ability to work autonomously and productively as part of a team.
