- Recruitment Specialist - - Full Training - - Based in the heart of London Offices across Europe and USA - -Spanish/German Fluent speaking- We are currently recruiting for 2 teams in our London office (Canary Wharf, Citibank Building), Specifically we are looking for Recruitment Consultants in particular who speak German or French. Are you good with people, have no obvious marketable skills or experience, and want to make a lot of money? Not many places can help you. But we can. You will be based in the UK's Leading finance hub the central business district of the UK, overlooking London's famous landmarks on the 32nd Floor our London offers impressive views across London and has fantastic transport links to and from work. To be good at this job you need: Empathy - you need to be able to understand and get along with people, from the first conversation. Excellent communication Skills. You'll speak with people daily, and need to be able to converse. A serious work ethic. Recruitment is hard work and long hours, but with a huge payoff. What do you get for all this? Our business leaders in London has made over £680.000 in 2019 already and has much higher potential with a larger team. You'll be a key player in this - a genuine business partner to us and to our clients. You'll be on track to earn £40.000k in your first year ("On Target Earnings" Fixed salary of £20.000 commission) and over £80.000 in your second, with no upper limit. We'll invest in you from day 1 to help you achieve your goals, through personalised coaching and intensive training - whatever the money means to you. You'll become part of a fast-growing business with 5 offices in Europe now, and more opening in Luxembourg and Bucharest and last year Boston USA.
