Overview
One of Canary Wharf's young, Global Businesses that offer research & Consultancy services is currently looking for Front End / JavaScript Developers to join a well established team. The company is committed to providing indispensable analysis of markets to its clients to help guide their investment, trading and research decisions. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and talented front-end developer to help build out a brand new web experience platform. As a developer you would take ownership of the delivery of new features by writing efficient, reusable and maintainable code. As a specialist Front-End developer, you will have expert experience in: • JavaScript ES6 or higher. • At least one Front-End framework (React is most preferred). • A style sheet pre-processor language such as SASS or LESS. • Developing responsive browser-based applications. • Writing automated tests with a tool like Cypress or Jest. Desirable skills: • Experience of PHP7 and Laravel. • Experience of End-to-End/Acceptance Testing (including standard testing frameworks).
