Candidate Criteria: 2nd Line IT Support 3rd Line IT Support MCSA MCP Windows Server 2008 – 2019 Microsoft and VMWare virtualisation products such as ESXi and vCentre Broadband routers and modems PC hardware, peripherals and Microsoft desktop OSs Office365 and other Microsoft Office applications and services G-Suite and other Google Apps services Broadband, phone and other communications services Other services as you become trained in them Microsoft Office 2010 – 2019 Windows 7 – Windows 10 Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange Office 365 Administration Networking technologies including LAN/WAN VLAN Configuration Configuring DNS Records DHCP/DNS Minimum 2 years experience providing 2nd Line Support for a Managed Service Provider or internal IT support team Full clean UK Driving Licence Job Role: To provide Clients with predominantly telephone and remote technical support, escalating to the senior CST 3rd line team or Technical Director where appropriate.As a senior CST 2nd line engineer you will be required to work with the rest of the CST 2nd line team to manage inbound tickets and calls; triaging and addressing where appropriate.
