A Web Developer is required by a very successful technology company based in Poole. Strong skills in PHP/CakePHP, Laravel/Lumen, Phalcon, Symfony, Zend and/or Solid Design Principles is required. The company is transitioning from a PHP platform to Laravel. You will pivotal in successfully completing this and more upcoming projects in the future. You will have autonomy, and as a modern, forward-thinking business, your ideas to improve the company's technologies will be acknowledged and considered. There may also be the opportunity to manage, mentor, train and develop a small team of other Web Developers if this is part of your career plan. Duties: Develop cutting edge web applications (mainly Laravel), both internal and client-facing Hands-on development in moving the company's existing stack to a Laravel platform Develop scalable web-based products Manage, mentor, and develop a small team of web developers Work in an agile development environment Requirements: Strong skills in PHP/CakePHP, Laravel/Lumen, Phalcon, Symfony, Zend and/or Solid Design Principles Salary and Benefits: Salary is negotiable depending on your level of skills and experience.
