Are you a Senior Mac Support Analyst looking for a new permanent opportunity? You'll want to hear more about this well-established creative communications agency who are set up for remote working and are currently hiring to keep up with growth and demand (not to mention they're a fantastic company) This Senior Mac Support Analyst role offers ; The chance to become a technical resource for the deployment of new user management solutions. You'll be a senior team member, responsible for the support and upgrade of a large Mac estate (around 3000 machines). The opportunity to work with a diverse user base and help to shape solutions for film production systems? A competitive salary of up to £35,000 . You'll be working as a senior support member within a supportive and social IT support team who are as technically passionate as you. The company is based near Oxford Street with a solid help desk structure and are already set up working remotely due to the current COVID-19 situation. So, the whole interview process will be conducted through Zoom, over the phone and they are looking for an immediate start Let's talk tech. You'll be heavily skilled on macOS plus understand command line to effectively deal with client management and automation tasks. Alongside excellent knowledge and troubleshooting support experience of macOS 10.12 upwards and iOS. You'll also ideally have experience in set-up and deployment of Jamf Pro Device Management, building automated solutions and leveraging Jamf Pro. You should have fundamental Mac and Windows Server knowledge, networking (DNS, DHCP etc.) IP addressing and Meraki network systems. The company is working on the latest technology including Jamf, intune and Autopilot and any knowledge of technology solutions for film or post-production or a media background would be ideal.
