Bolton NHS Foundation Trust was formed in 2008 and, in 2011, we became an integrated provider with community health services joining the trust. Covering a catchment area that also incorporates parts of Bury, Wigan and Salford, we deliver hospital and community based services from the Royal Bolton Hospital in Farnworth and from 20 health centres across Bolton, to a catchment population of 320,000 people. We have a fantastic opportunity for a talented individual to join the Respiratory service within Speciality Medicine at Royal Bolton NHS Foundation Trust, as a Lead Respiratory Nurse Specialist/Respiratory Advanced Nurse Practitioner Lead for Quality and Development. We are looking for a dynamic professional who can demonstrate the following to add further value to patient care in this great service. If you feel you can provide expert leadership, which crosses professional and organisational boundaries and further develop Respiratory practice to enhance patient care, incorporating National standards and guidance, provide a strategic lead in developing Respiratory services to meet the needs of patients locally that are underpinned by local need and demand and the most recent evidence base, ensuring Respiratory Services foster a culture of the patient is central to all planning and delivery of care, services are equitable and delivered in a timely fashion, lead and encourage practice development initiatives, encouraging innovation and development and ensuring that teams participate in patient safety and quality improvement programmes, provide a strategic lead in clinical nursing, education, expertise and advice in all aspects of Respiratory across Bolton then we would like to hear from you.
