Finance Business Partner | Leicester | £40,000 - £50,000 The Opportunity Do you see your finance career heading in a more business facing direction? One of the region’s fastest growing and most innovative groups (manufacturing setting) have an opportunity for a qualified finance business partner. You will support the Head of Finance and enjoy playing a key role in supporting with a range of added value projects. You will enjoy: Your role as Finance Business Partner role will involve working extremely closely with the senior leadership team at site - providing support to the key operational decision-making processes. You will enjoy providing more detailed management information and insight for the key decision making. Digging into costs and overheads, thrashing out true profitability and margin numbers, diving into forecasts, shining a light on the reality of the drivers of variance. If you are a qualified management accountant who loves business partnering and wants to pave the way to a commercially focused senior role in a group that is expanding swiftly, we would welcome the chance to speak. You will need: A completed qualification ACCA / CIMA. Excellent track record of success as finance business partner / management accountant / project accountant. Superb IT skills and confidence in your analytical ability (excellent Excel). Great interpersonal skills and ability to communicate at all levels. Career ambition and a naturally proactive approach.
