Overview

I am working with a forward-thinking company that have a number of internal processes centred around their people; customers and staff alike. They currently require a Service (Reception) Manager at one of their start of the art facilities to encourage, motivate and energise the team into performing at their full potential. This role will be based in West London . Who we're looking for You will need to have previous or current Service Management experience. This site is large and the expectations are high, therefore Senior Service Advisor experience will not be considered. Unless, you have had exposure to the financial side of running a successful service department. The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate very high customer handling skills and offer suitable options to customers to surpass their needs Ability to take ownership when faced with obstacles and problems What's on offer? For the right person you will be offered a basic salary of £30,000 - £35,000 with an OTE of £45,000 . They will also provide you with a Company Car (Tax efficient).
