Senior Finance Business Partner needed for fast growth Tech business in Berkshire £75,000 - £85,000 Bonus Benefits A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Finance Business Partner to join a fast growth technology business in Berkshire. If you looking to work in a fast paced business and join a high performing Finance team with the ability to implement change and build strong partnerships, this could be the opportunity for you. This role will work closely within the Finance Operations function, supporting the Group COO in areas of recurring revenue, professional services, managed services, transactional and support. This role will act as the number two to the Finance Director and will deputise where needed and coach and manage a small team. To successfully deliver in this high-profile position, you will need to have: University degree. Professional Accounting Qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA). Significant Finance Business Partnering and FP&A experience, ideally in a large corporate. Experience and understanding of revenue, specifically knowledge of revenue forecasting and revenue recognition principles. Strong ability with modelling and data interrogation and manipulation. Strong excel skills, use of PowerBI would be advantageous. Strategic thinker with the ability to operate with a hands-on mentality. Ability to demonstrate resilience and confidence operating at a senior level. A little more information about the role: Own core FP&A processes for the COO organisation including COO consolidation & SLT financial presentations. Own and enhance performance reporting & KPIs relevant to delivery of short- and long-term financial goals to include risk profiling & Monitoring. Work closely with the Finance Control, Group FP&A and Commercial functions to ensure aligned messaging and clear financial data. Provide best in class financial business partnering to the COO Senior leadership team. Deputise for the FD, Operations providing financial information to the COO. Line Manager for one direct report (PQ) & mentor/coach to other junior team members. Own centralised forecasting Excel models & ensure continued development in automation, simpler methodology & financial insight. Ad-hoc projects and analysis as required, for example working on integration of acquired businesses and/or process improvement. If you are interested in the role, please apply below.
