Overview
New opportunity to join a leading legal firm based in Leeds City Centre. Joining a well-established finance team, this position would be perfect for any career minded Legal Cashier wanting to continue their development. Working within a fast paced dynamic team environment you will be reporting directly to the Head of Cashiering. Your duties will include: Processing high volume of payments including CHAPS/BACS payments Assist in preparation of bank reconciliation statements Maintain and update purchase ledger Process and match a high volume of receipts with high attention to detail Process any petty cash claims within the business Preparation of bank account transactions, dealing with any discrepancies directly General finance administration With the potential for further development you will have the opportunity to expand your knowledge whilst working in a fast paced work environment. The ideal candidate will have previous experience or knowledge of; working in the legal sector, adhering to cyber security measures and have a good understanding of financial software. You will have the ability to; Prioritise work load according to deadlines Demonstrate working in a fast paced environment Work well under pressure Excellent attention to detail Communicate professionally at all levels within the firm.
