Overview

Our client, a respected firm which specialise in educating professionals in procedures/regulations within the financial sector are in the need of an experienced German speaking Operations Coordinator. You will be based in their London office providing a broad spectrum of the sales support such as interacting with clients, building relationships and developing new ways of expanding the market. This position is a 12 month temporary contract with the likelihood to become permanent. Your responsibilities will include: Interacting with customers and keeping them fully updated regarding their orders and resolve any issues via telephone or email across the German market Providing research and sales support to the Sales Team, developing and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients Co-ordinating and carrying out event/digital events activities Striving to deliver best practice, financial service and solutions for all clients About you: The successful applicant will be productive and driven to provide the highest level of client services and have impeccable language skills in German.
