Data Executive - Powerforce Full time, Permanent Salary : Competitive basic salary annual company bonus and KPI opportunity Working : 35 hours per week, Monday-Friday (9am to 5pm) Location : Winnersh Triangle, Berkshire - RG41 5TS Do you love working with numbers and data? Are you keen to progress in a rapidly growing company? Powerforce are looking for someone who is passionate about data to own and facilitate the data flow process from the field team to the client, expressing complicated data in non-technical terms. You will be responsible for: Creating reports through excel and templated Power BI scorecards Liaising with internal and external contacts on ways to improve the field team's performance Using internal and third-party data sources to provide analysis on customer performance Developing review processes to ensure data integrity is maintained Questionnaire creation and refinement (questionnaires are what our field reps fill out when they have done a visit to a retailer) ROI modelling and monitoring - measuring the impact of the field team's action through test vs control methodology, and creating other methodologies to measure impact Call file analysis (call files are the listing of retailers each of our field reps visit within their territory, doing that at a specified frequency based on impact opportunity they can make within the retailer) You will have: A passion for data and the impact it can make A knack for presenting information in a logical and informative way, with a flair for THE creative Proficient in MS Office (strong in Excel, Access, Power BI knowledge is preferable) Strong mathematical and numerical skills Detail oriented, a logical mindset with solid problem-solving skills Good communication skills and ability to stay calm under pressure In return, we will offer you: Extra Benefits include: Perkbox, Taste Card, life assurance, enhanced pension, enhanced maternity/paternity, parking Full training and ongoing support to enable you to fulfil your role to the best of your potential Great career opportunities A passionate and fun working environment where performance and success are celebrated This job was originally posted as www.totaljobs.com/job/89683362
