Overview
A interesting growing business based in North Hampshire is looking for a qualified or finalist level accountant to join the Financial Accounts team. This role is very broad and encompasses statutory reporting, tax, payroll as well as internal and external audit. Key accountabilities • Production and submission of monthly management accounts • Completion of reporting packs for Company Executives and Head Office • Overhead Control and Reporting • Bank account clearing and month reconciliations • Control and reconciliation of allocated balance sheet accounts • Salary and Payroll taxes journal review, posting and control • Intercompany Recharges – process and recovery of staff costs for >200 hosted employees • Fixed Assets – processing additions/disposals, tracking movements and maintenance of fixed asset register • Process and submission of monthly/quarterly Intrastat, EC Sales and VAT returns • Maintain Import/Export Tax, Duties and Compliance • Office of National Statistics submissions • Company bonus review and payment calculation • Headcount reporting • Business partner to marketing team • Complete forex hedging process documentation • Quarterly bonus for go to market team computation processes • Completion of UK Statutory Accounts for review • Supporting the company audit including documentation and contact with external auditors The successful candidate will be a qualified or finalist level candidate (ACA/CIMA/ACCA) and have strong statutory reporting experience.
