Mobile Maintenance Engineer Up to £30,00 (Depending on Experience) 40 hours a week plus overtime. Paid Qualifications/Training opportunities Mobile Phone/Fuel Card/ Expense Card Van London, Greater London and ALL of the South East of England. Catch 22 is working with a fast growing and dynamic provider of all reactive maintenance services (Head office based in Loughton, Essex). They are in the top 20 list of sub-contractors for their biggest client (An International FM Provider) for volume and service delivery out of 3000 Sub-Contractors. They expect to stay there so any candidates must be able to demonstrate a can-do attitude. They expect hard work and high standards from their Engineers but in return will recognise and reward this. International trips, family outings and travel have all been rewards for employees in the past. Also, as the business continues its growth, there will be plenty of opportunity for training and career progression into supervisory/managerial roles. From first contact to completion, we aim to deliver fast, efficient, quality work at cost effective prices. Successful new recruits will typically be working in commercial/industrial and retail environments. The ideal candidate: At least one trade qualification or a proven track record of Maintenance and Repair experience. A solid work history in long-term contracts/permanent roles. Clean driving License Basic Understanding of Word, Outlook, WhatsApp and Calendar Management and Dropbox. Should not be afraid of traffic, driving and spending long hours in the van to reach a single job. A Can-Do attitude with a “first time right” mentality Must be prepared to be a “Lone Worker” 90% of the time. Not afraid of heights and prepared to work across the board in different trades. Key responsibilities: Carry out reactive and preventative maintenance at client sites. Identify problems on first call-out and where possible offer a temporary fix or repair/complete job for client. Always liaise with Help Desk in order to keep client up to date . Maintain all necessary Health and Safety administration before, during and after job.
