Location: Manchester City Centre Hours: 37.5 Hours / Monday-Friday Salary: £18,000 Per Annum National Citizen Service ( https://wearencs.com/ ) We are currently recruiting an NCS Compliance Assistant to join our Employment team here at The Growth Company. This is the chance to work within a busy, friendly team where you will be supported and encouraged to reach your full potential. An immediate start is available. The main purpose of the role to deliver effective administrative support and coordination and ensure compliance is met against contractual requirements and KPI’s If you have excellent attention to detail, have experience in a compliance or detailed administration role and have excellent I.T skills – This could be the perfect opportunity Skills Required: · Must have a methodical approach and an ‘eye for detail’ · Ability to work to challenging targets and key performance indicators · Well-developed IT skills, including and understanding of computerised management information systems, spreadsheet, diary management and email · The ability to work under pressure in a highly performance driven environment · Must have strong interpersonal skills to deal with customers · Ability to work effectively as part of a team · Willingness to undertake training as required Key Responsibilities: · Audit paper and electronic to check for compliance across direct and supply chain delivery · Ensure all files are in line with contract KPIs and processes · Work within strict data security protocols · Co-ordinating the return of compliance checks · Quality checking data information input into the Trust’s CRM system · Ensuring contractual requirements are met for each stage of a young person’s journey on the NCS programme · Completing compliance checks on calls made within the contact centre · Provide admin assistance for Health & Safety and Safeguarding · Take telephone referrals and enquiries · Ensuring the smooth running of the office · Raising payments and purchase orders using internal financial systems. · Working on and communicating with internal finance department systems and processes Benefits of working for The Growth Company: · Competitive salaries · Christmas shut down · Contributory pension scheme · 25 days holidays with 8 bank holidays increasing with length of service with the option of purchasing up to 10 days holiday per year · Flexible dress code based on your diary · Enhanced maternity, paternity and adoption leave benefits · Loans for public transport season tickets · Cycle to work scheme · The opportunity to join a private healthcare scheme at a discounted rate The Growth Company aims to promote a culture of flexible and agile working.
