Overview

DRIVING LICENCE AND ACCESS TO A VEHICLE ESSENTIAL FOR THIS ROLE. Support workers required to support a young male in the Markfield area on Saturdays. The client suffers with severe anxiety and can exhibit challenging behaviour which he directs towards himself. We are looking for an experienced support worker who can work to set protocols; is a good communicator and can engage with young people and who can recognise triggers and be able to successfully de-escalate challenging behaviour. Support workers will interact with the client at home and in the community.
