Overview
Service Manager–Start immediately Our client, a reputable and renowned housing association is looking 2 experienced Service Managers to join their growing team. You will be based in Kent or Thames Valley and be looking to start this role immediately. Position: Service Manager Period: 3 month with possible extension Shifts: Monday to Friday Hours: 40 hours a week Location: Kent & East Sussex / Thames Valley & Berkshire Rate: £17- £20 per hour DBS: Required for this role Duties for this Service Manager role will include; To manage a number of contracts to guarantee that teams meet agreed performance standards and achieve good quality outcomes and financial targets Assure that initial and on-going assessments of service users take place and support plans are devised and implemented to achieve satisfactory outcomes Maximise rental income and grant income Ensure housing is adequately managed to ensure a safe and clean environment, are maintained and assessed for fire and health and safety risks and are compliant with all other relevant legislation To oversee projects ensuring that they are properly managed to deliver high quality, and meet requirements and the needs of service users Candidates will need access to their own vehicle for role Call Jim Green or Jason Woodhouse for details on this Service Manager vacancy and email your CV to Jim Green Should you know anyone else who may be relevant for the above roles, please don’t hesitate to pass on this email.
