JOB TITLE: Housing Customer Service Co-Ordinator LOCATION: Preston ROLE TYPE: 3 month temp START DATE: ASAP Do you have a passion for Customer Service and helping others? Do you have experience at being the first point of call for customer queries? Our client is looking for someone to co-ordinate the reporting and allocation of Tenancy failure incidents, whilst providing a high quality and professional service to customers In addition, being able to provide an effective administration and clerical support service to assist the Community Safety Team. AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES To provide assistance and direction to customers both internally and externally on all ASB matters and tenancy failure matters - sign posting to other services if necessary To record all incidents onto the in-house database through a variety of channels Issuing reference number and allocate details to the appropriate officers To maintain the database and other computerised and manual systems, undertaking checks on new and existing complaints, monitoring case actions and outcomes, tracking current and closed case files and ensuring that all case files are managed in line with Data Protection requirements Take minutes at various meetings and distribute as required Assist and participate in Customer Satisfaction Surveys and Consultation processes Compile and prepare requests for information to and from other agencies and monitor agency referrals and responses as appropriate Identify problems and issues and suggest ways in which the ASB service can be developed and improved as appropriate KEY SKILLS Ability to follow policies and procedures Ability to work to tight deadlines Business Writing Diplomacy Discretion & Business Ethics ReAct system (Highly desirable) Microsoft Excel Microsoft Outlook Microsoft Word Minute/Note taking Honesty & Integrity Listening Building & Maintaining Customer Relationships Verbal communication Written communication Organisational Skills (e.g. Time Management/Prioritising) Planning Relevant Departmental IT & MI software systems (i.e. Cascade/Saffron etc) Understand & embrace Vision and Values Understand & embrace Equality and Diversity in the workplace QUALIFICATIONS GCE/GCSE English (Grade C and above) (E) GCE/GCSE Mathematics (Grade C and above) (E) Morgan Hunt is a multi award winning Employment Business for interim, contract and temporary recruitment and acts as an Employment Agency in relation to permanent vacancies.
