Overview
My client are a top tier law firm. They are a leader in the defendant market and they are seeking an EL/PL Solicitor to join their office in Liverpool. As EL/PL Solicitor your duties will include but not limited to ; Manage a caseload of pre lit and litigated malfeasance and EL/PL claims made against the police. Work as part of a team providing a comprehensive range of legal advice and representation to the team's clients Draft various documents such as letters, reports and pleadings The successful EL/PL Solicitor will have 0-3 years pqe E xperience of defending litigated and pre lit claims, preferably involving experience of claims made against police authorities Excellent knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules and litigation Excellent communication skills Flexible approach to work and a willingness to travel My client can offer a competitive salary alongside excellent benefits.
